The Uptowner
Ingredients
- 1 Rustic Bun
- 2 pieces Sun-dried tomato, cut in slivers
- 1 oz Balsamic Grilled Onion
- 1 6 oz Angus Burger
- 1 slice Mozzarella
- 1 piece Leaf Lettuce
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce (makes 5 oz):
- 3 oz Mayo
- 1 oz 35% cream
- 1 to 2 oz Finely grated parmesan
- 1 to 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Grill burger patty until medium well to well done.
- Toast Rustic Bun and spread ½ oz. of garlic parmesan sauce on bottom of bun.
- Place leaf lettuce on bottom, then add the cooked patty.
- Top patty with mozzarella cheese.
- Add sun-dried tomato slivers on top.
- Finish by adding the balsamic grilled onions.
- Place top on burger and serve.
