The Uptowner

Ingredients

  • 1 Rustic Bun
  • 2 pieces Sun-dried tomato, cut in slivers
  • 1 oz Balsamic Grilled Onion
  • 1 6 oz Angus Burger
  • 1 slice Mozzarella
  • 1 piece Leaf Lettuce
  • Garlic Parmesan Sauce (makes 5 oz):
  • 3 oz Mayo
  • 1 oz 35% cream
  • 1 to 2 oz Finely grated parmesan
  • 1 to 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Grill burger patty until medium well to well done.
  2. Toast Rustic Bun and spread ½ oz. of garlic parmesan sauce on bottom of bun.
  3. Place leaf lettuce on bottom, then add the cooked patty.
  4. Top patty with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add sun-dried tomato slivers on top.
  6. Finish by adding the balsamic grilled onions.
  7. Place top on burger and serve.
